Solemn Statement Regarding Fraudulent Activities Impersonating Our Company

Recently, our company has discovered that criminals continue to engage in fraudulent activities by forging identities and impersonating “Shenzhen YH Global Supply Chain Co., Ltd.” (including but not limited to using associated names such as ‘YH’), under the guise of so-called “cross-border e-commerce training” or “collaborative projects.” Such actions have severely infringed upon public rights and interests while damaging our company's commercial reputation. We are formally filing multiple reports with public security authorities and hereby reiterate the following solemn statement:

I. Investors are advised that our company has never conducted nor authorized any third party to conduct cross-border e-commerce operations, training courses, or investment cooperation. Any promotion of such activities under the “Yuehai” name constitutes fraud. The public is urged not to be misled.

II. Our sole official WeChat Work account is registered under the full name “Shenzhen YH Global Supply Chain Co., Ltd.” and is exclusively for internal employee communication. We have never invited external parties to join or conduct business via WeChat Work. If contacted by non-employees using a WeChat Work account or asked to download other communication software, immediately terminate the conversation and verify with our company.

III. All business payments to our company are received exclusively through corporate bank accounts. Employees are strictly prohibited from accepting payments into personal accounts. If you encounter requests to transfer funds to personal accounts or pay “training fees” or “deposits,” these are scams. Remain vigilant, cease all transfers immediately, and prevent financial loss.

IV. In response to recent instances of impersonation, our company is compiling evidence to file reports with public security authorities and will pursue legal action against perpetrators. If you encounter suspicious links, fraudulent promotions, or have suffered losses, please take the following immediate actions:

Preserve evidence: Screenshot chat records, save transfer receipts, etc.

Report to our company: Call official hotlines 0755-82033000 or 0755-82031000 (weekdays 9:00-18:00) for verification.

File a police report: Dial 110 or visit your local police station.

Special note: Fraudsters may forge business licenses, contracts, employee IDs, or obtain company information (e.g., office addresses) through various channels to gain trust. Never click on unknown links or disclose personal information.
